DAV is a nonprofit that provides a lifetime of support for veterans of all generations and their families. We help more than 1 million veterans each year access benefits they earned—such as health care, education, and disability—and connect them to meaningful employment opportunities. Last year we supported veterans through:

Benefits assistance. We helped veterans access $23 billion in earned benefits.

Unemployment relief. We provided nearly $2 million in direct payments to disabled veterans who lost their income due to COVID-19.

Employment resources. We hosted 92 in-person and virtual career fairs.
